To commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the Czech Republic, a special exhibition titled “The Art of Diplomacy” opened its doors at the Fine Arts Zanabazar Museum in Ulaanbaatar City. The exhibition will be open to the public until August 17.
This exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the long-standing partnership between the two nations through a carefully curated collection of historical photographs and original documents. Showcasing 75 moments that shaped the relationship, the exhibition highlights the legacy and contributions of ambassadors, veteran diplomats, and key representatives from both countries. It also explores the rich history of the Embassy of Mongolia to the Czech Republic, presenting its evolution and diplomatic missions over the decades. Through never-before-seen archival material, visitors will gain insight into the personalities and events that have defined the Mongolia-Czech friendship for more than seven decades.
Moreover, the exhibition reflects the foundation’s mission to honor the contributions of individuals who have served the nation with distinction and to pass their stories on to future generations. The event is initiated by the State Deputy Cultural Ambassador Foundation in collaboration with the “Koruna” Czech Mongolian Language and Cultural Center, an organization committed to fostering mutual understanding between the two countries through the promotion of language, culture, and shared traditions. The State Deputy Cultural Ambassador Foundation is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Mongolian Figures who served their country with honor, and passing that memory on to future generations.
The exhibition is supported by the Fine Arts Zanabazar Museum, the Embassy of Mongolia to the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ulaanbaatar, and the Central Archives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
The exhibition is more than a retrospective—it is a tribute to the enduring ties between Mongolia and the Czech Republic, offering the public a powerful reminder of the value of diplomacy, cultural exchange, and international friendship.
